Refund Policy

At myrscents.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your perfume, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund eligibility conditions:

• The perfume can be opened and tested.

• At least 90% of the perfume must remain in the bottle.

• The product must be returned in its original box/packaging along with any accessories or tags.

• The bottle and packaging should be undamaged and in reasonable condition.

⚠️ Important:

• Refunds will not be processed if more than 10% perfume is used or if the bottle or box is badly damaged.

• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

• The customer will bear the return shipping charges.

Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we’ll notify you about your refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
